It is an absolute nightmare to try to get anybody on the phone.... i have tried to call all numbers above. not ONE of them picked up the phone, on a saturday at 12.30 trying since over 1 hour. Qatar airways your 5 star airline - can not be reached.... How you deal with emergency. Very disappointing with this service..
ReplyDeleteI agree that it is absolute nightmare and crazy to get anybody on the phone, tried all numbers even the airport ones for hours/ days. nothing. I need to know about my booking confirmation and no body can help.. what a 5 star airline.. wish I didn't buy the ticket already..crazy disappointing.!!

ReplyDeleteAn absolute nightmare. The recorded message is on for a few minutes, after you have been told that your call will be attended. Then is stop and you have to start again. I have called 65 times. I am even woundering is the office is open. It is Friday.
