    It is an absolute nightmare to try to get anybody on the phone.... i have tried to call all numbers above. not ONE of them picked up the phone, on a saturday at 12.30 trying since over 1 hour. Qatar airways your 5 star airline - can not be reached.... How you deal with emergency. Very disappointing with this service..

    I agree that it is absolute nightmare and crazy to get anybody on the phone, tried all numbers even the airport ones for hours/ days. nothing. I need to know about my booking confirmation and no body can help.. what a 5 star airline.. wish I didn't buy the ticket already..crazy disappointing.!!

    An absolute nightmare. The recorded message is on for a few minutes, after you have been told that your call will be attended. Then is stop and you have to start again. I have called 65 times. I am even woundering is the office is open. It is Friday.
